摘要
目的 :分析食管裂孔疝的X线表现 ,加深对食管裂孔疝诊断的理解。方法 :36例均经钡餐检查 ,其中 16例于钡餐前摄有胸部正、侧位片。结果 :可复性食管裂孔疝 2 0例 ,不可复性食管裂孔疝 16例。结论 :钡餐是诊断食管裂孔疝的首选方法。
