摘要
本文根据青岛台东区低空气象探测资料和主要大气污染物浓度资料,首次探讨青岛沿海复杂地形的低空风场、湍流特征与大气污染的关系.结果发现,冬季盛行风在低空复杂地形下易产生与上空完全相反的回流,使得部分污染物在回流区内往返积累;夏季存在海陆风环流,海风入侵高度约300m,且易与低空风向的回流相混合,加剧大气污染.该区的湍流较强,能较好地扩散大气污染物,各种扩散参数比国标高.最后提出治理建议.
By using the data on the low altitude meteorological survey and the concentrations of the main atmospheric pollutants in the Taidong District of Qingdao,the low altitude wind field and the turbulent features over a varied topography in the Taidong District of Qingdao and their rela- tionship with the atmospheric pollution are studied for the first time.The results show that in winter the wind direction of the low altitude is opposite to that of the prevailing wind of the high altitude over a varied topography,thus producing a returning air flow and causing a part of the pollutants to accumulate through their cycling in the area of the returning air flow;in summer there exists circulation of land and sea breezes over this area,the sea breezes intrude into the land at a height of about 300m,and easily mix with the returing air flow in the low altitude, thus intensifying air pollution.The turbulence over this area is more intensive than that over the other,so it can diffuse the air pollutants better,the diffusion parameters being all higher than the national standards.Finally,some proposals are offered for controlling the atmospheric pollu- tion.
