摘要
本文在对关中城市群发展的基础和难点进行分析的基础上,提出加快关中城市群发展的战略:建立协调沟通的政策体系和政府服务体系;构筑开放、畅通和高效的基础设施,合理布局、完善城市等级体系;加强西安的经济主中心地位;城市间优势互补,共同发展;促进生态和社会的协调发展。
This paper analysis the basis and obstacles of Goanzhong City Groups, contraposes the problems it is faced with. In order to accelerate the development of Goanzhong City Groups, some strategies are suggested in the paper such as: Building coordinate policy system and government serving system, and building opens and unimpeded and the infrastructure of high efficiency, make the scale system of city groups, strengthen the Xi'an economy primary center position, mend the superiority mutually and the jointly development, and promote the ecology and the harmonious development of society.
