摘要
文章从分析我国民航业现状入手,对我国民航重组的动因和效应进行论析。认为降低成本、合理配置资源、增加社会福利并提高服务质量,从而实现自由竞争的国内航空市场,是我国实施民航重组方案的根本目标。我国航空业实现跨越式发展的关键,在于营造一个成熟的、具有竞争力的民航市场,逐渐培育出一批能适应市场竞争、以现代企业制度运营的民航企业。
From the status quo we analyze the reason about reorganization,and anatomy the direct effect and long-term effect in civil aviation.We conclude that these basic reasons on implementing the reorganization project quality so as to realize civil aviation free market.It is the key to realize development quickly that building mature and competitive aviation market to cultivate some civil aviation group adapting competition and operating in modern institution.
