摘要
构建中小企业信用担保体系对解决其借款难的问题具有现实意义。政府在构建中小企业担保体系的过程中 ,既要体现其管理、引导的主导地位 。
The credit guarantee system for the enterprise in Bojian district has a actual sense in resolving the enterprises' difficulty of loan. The govenment should not only show its' leading position for management and guide, but also arouse all parts' initiative in establishing the credit guarantee system for the enterprise in Bojian district.
