Implementing the innovation education, enhancing the innovation consciousness and cultivating qualified innovation talents are the keys, in the higher vocational college, to the improvement of its present situation and the development of its future. What's more, they are also required by the knowledge economy society to meet the needs for high quality and practical talents.
