摘要
市场经济促使利益主体的重新整合与分化 ,社会财富资源分布不均衡的状态日益明显 ,贫困开始成为困扰社会稳定的因素。为此 ,救助贫困和提高困难群体的福利水平成为政府关注的问题 ,政府通过实施城市居民最低生活保障制度 ,向城市困难群体发送社会福利。提高低保工作的质量 ,关键是培养低保工作的专业人才 ,由此形成对社会工作专业教育的呼唤 。
Market economy impels benefited key bodies to be conformed or divided . The unbalanced state of social wealth resource distribution has become more and more clear and poverty is now a puzzling factor to social stability . Therefore ,both poverty reduction and rising welfare standard of disadvantaged groups are the issues of government's attention . By implementiong the minimum living standard security system , the government has been distributing social welfare to the disadvantaged groups.The quality and efficiency of the work calls for social work specialized education intervention .This paper puts forward some views on this issue .
