摘要
对超重力法生产的纳米二氧化硅用硅烷偶联剂进行表面改性 ,用粘度、TEM、粒度分布、沉降体积等对纳米二氧化硅改性效果进行表征。固含量 3 %的改性纳米二氧化硅填充于阴极电泳漆中 ,漆膜的机械性能有很大提高。分析了几个重要因素对应用于阴极电泳漆中的纳米二氧化硅改性效果的影响 。
The surface of nano silica,which is produced by High Gravity Engineering (HIGEE),was modified with silane cuopling agent And the surface characterization was invertigated by viscosity,TEM,diameter distribution,sedimentation volume.The mechanical performances of cathodic electro-deposition paint filled with 3% modified nano silica are improved greatly.Especially,several important factors affecting modification were studied in application to cathodic electro-deposition paint and the modification mechanism is simply analyzed.
