摘要
从传统图书馆到数字图书馆 ,信息利用咨询服务发生了根本性转变。开掘数字化资源新的内涵 ,充分利用电子信息高新技术 ,对咨询服务给以引导、协调 ,使数字图书馆信息资源、数据库有效利用 ,使图书馆成为发展的图书馆。
With the development from the traditional library to the digital library, thorough changes have taken place on the consultative service of using the information: digging the new connotation of the digitalization; making full use of the electronic high-tech information; instructing and adjusting the consultative service; effectively using the date base and the informational resources, all of which will make the library a developing one.
