摘要
在江苏省无锡市进行的六氯苯污染人体暴露量研究,检测了13类环境和食物样品,52例乳母的膳食和乳汁液中六氯苯的含量。估算出该区域乳母个体六氯苯环境暴露量为每天0.63μg,由膳食每日摄入量为0.58μg,婴儿每公斤体重从母乳摄入量为0.19μg。计算出六氯苯在各类环境和食物样品中的浓度分布,分析了其对环境、食品污染的动态趋势。研究结果为制定防治六氯苯污染和对人体健康影响的对策提供了依据。
Research on human exposure of HCB pollution was carried in Wuxi city, Jiang Su province. HCB concentrations in 17 kinds of environmental and food samples, and diets and breast milks of 52 subjects were determinated. The results show that the HCB environmental exposvre of iodi-vidual subject per day is 0.63ug, and HCB intake per day is 0.58μg,and infant perki-logram weight intake of HCB getting from breast milks is 0.19μg. The concentration distribution of HCB in every kind environmantal and food samples was ca-culated. The tendency of HCB pollution on environment and food was evaluated. The research furnishs on evidence for making couter--measure of preventing HCB further pollution and reducing its effect on human health.
