摘要
对我国 3 0 0MW水氢冷发电机出线盒裂纹事故进行详细分析 ,用试验技术与有限元技术对出线盒的静动力特性进行计算。分析计算结果说明裂纹事故发生的原因 :由于出线盒挂脚重物因振动引起的刚体位移 ,在出线盒筒壁挂脚部位附近形成了疲劳微裂纹 ,当出线盒固有频率 ( 4 8.42 9Hz)接近发电机的工作频率 ( 5 0Hz)时 ,即发生共振时微裂纹累积损伤扩展 ,最终导致结构发生宏观裂纹或断裂破坏 ,最终造成裂纹扩展而漏氢。最后提出出线盒设计的改进方案。
The failure analysis for main leads of 300?MW water hydrogen turbine generator is presented. The testing and finite element techniques were applied into the analysis of static and dynamic responses of the main leads. Results show the cause of crack failure, which is that micro cracks, caused by vibrating deformation of hanging weight attaching to the main leads, propagates and leads to macro crack to be leaking hydrogen, due to the resonance of main leads when its working frequency tends natural one, that is 48.429?Hz~50?Hz. The improvement design was proposed finally and new design could avoid the resonance to happen.
