摘要
目的 :探讨MED(microendoscopicdisectomy ,MED)治疗椎间盘突出症的定位方法。方法 :对我院 1 999年1 2月～ 2 0 0 1年 8月应用MED治疗腰椎间盘突出症的 348例手术定位方法进行分析、总结。结果 :按张朝跃MED镜下手术标准[1 ] 进行评定 :共有 1 0例出现定位失误 ,其中 2例因定位不准中转开放手术。定位准确率为 97.1 %。结论 :定位是MED治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的一个重要步骤 。
Objective: To explore the method of localization of microendoscopic disectomy (MED).Methods: Retrospective analyses the localization method of 348 cases of lumbar disc herniation with MED. Results: According to MED localiz ation scale, 10 cases were fault to localize precisely, and 2 cases were forced to turn to openly operation finally. Conclusion: Localization is an important step to approach the operation of MED. Fault to localize exactly will make it difficult to conquer the operation ,and prolong the operating schedule.
