中国石油化工股份有限公司齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂加氢裂化装置的喷气燃料有时有大量的悬浮物 ,用普通的过滤方法无法脱除 ,影响了产品的出厂。经研究发现 :①悬浮物形态各异 ,有纤维状、羽毛状或头屑状 ,由一些金属和非金属化合物组成 ;②喷气燃料的温度、水含量对悬浮物的生成量有一定的影响 ,但不是主要因素 ;③在加工金属含量较高的卡塔尔原油的蜡油时 ,即使在温度、水含量合适时 ,喷气燃料仍出现悬浮物 ,因此金属含量高可能是悬浮物产生的主因。在生产喷气燃料时 ,不宜用卡塔尔蜡油作原料。采用吸附剂吸附可减少悬浮物的生成。
Lots of suspensions have been created in the jet fuel produced by the hydrocracker of Shengli Refinery of Qilu Company and were not removed by general filtration methods. After a careful study, it is found that: (1) Suspensions created in various shapes such as fiber, plume and dandruff, are constituted of the compounds of metal and non metal; (2) Temperature and water content of the jet fuel have some influence on suspension creation, but they aren't the key factors;(3) When processing Qutar VGO with higher metal content, suspensions appeared in jet fuel even with the appropriate temperature and water content. So it is considered that higher metal content in VGO is the major cause of suspension creation, and Qutar VGO is not suitable to be used as feedstock of jet fuel production. In addition, suspension creation can be reduced by adopting adsorbent.
