摘要
本文作者从对我区 1 997年以来高校教学管理队伍的建设发展情况及现状的总结分析入手 ,提出了高校应加强教学管理队伍建设的观点 。
By analyzing the construction and present situation of the teaching management institutions in colleges and universities of Guangxi,the author points out that the construction should be strengthened.Some methods and measures to the construction are also given in this paper.
