摘要
根据中间包浇注料的使用条件和损毁原因,探讨了硅微粉的加入对中间包浇注料的热震稳定性、抗渣侵蚀性和热膨胀性的影响。结果表明,硅微粉的加入量为4a％时,中间包浇注料的上述性能良好。
The service condition and wear mechanisms of tundish castables are introduced. The influences of micro-silica on thermal shock resistance, slag resistance and thermal expansion of castables are investigated. The results indicate that adding 4a% microsilical gets better results.
