摘要
对城镇各项用水指标的预测,以往是采用分项定额值、基准年法或人均综合用水定额法,这三种方法在预测精度上均存在一定的问题。根据城市规模、水源条件、产业结构和居民收入等采用人均综合用水定额多因子权重打点法,对浙江省15个城镇1992～2000年的实际用水量进行分析,列出不同影响因子的打点参考分,在水资源供需平衡分析中合理选择各项用水指标,取得较好效果。
Based on the city scale,water resources condition,industry structure and resident income etc.pointed by the multi factors on the per capita water duty,the actual water consumption in 15 cities and towns of Zhejiang in 1992 to 2000 and the pointing reference marks under the differential influence factors are listed in the paper.The water utilization index is rationally selected in the analysis of water supply and demand of the water resources and better benefits have been received.
