摘要
目的 :观察本研究阿托品化后应用指标对重症有机磷中毒的治疗影响。方法 :采用本研究制定的阿托品化后阿托品减量指标、阿托品停药指标抢救重症有机磷农药中毒 10 0例 ,随机分为 2组 ,观察其死亡率、反跳发生率、住院时间以及阿托品化的时间、应用的剂量、天数等统计指标。结果 :治疗组可以显著提高抢救成功率、减少反跳发生、缩短住院时间。结论 :本项研究是一项实用有效的阿托品应用技术 ,建议作为阿托品化后用药指标。
Objective To observe the effects of Atropine application criterion in treating post-atropinization patients with serious organophosphorus poisoning. Methods With Atropin decrease and end index of post-atropinization application,in treatment group 50 patiens with serious organophosphorus poisoning were treated .Death rate,bounce-back rate,days of being in hospital were recorded and Dosge,periods and days of Atropin were calculated. Results As compared with controls,in patients of treatment group,death rate,bounce-back and days of being in hospital were reduced obviously. Conclusion The study of post-atropinization atropine application criterions is practical and effective technic and it can be used as Atropin standardization application project for treatment of serious organophosphorus poisoning.
