摘要
路基压实度是衡量道路施工质量的重要指标,它的快速、准确测量具有很高的工程应用价值 运用瞬态冲击响应的功率谱值作为测量压实度的指标,提出一种快速测量路基压实度的方法并将其理论运用于便携式路基压实度测量仪器的设计中,同时给出该测量仪器的测量原理、结构和关键技术,仪器数据采集系统的软件部分的主要组成模块和技术流程以及硬件部分的组成和主要功能 对设计的仪器进行检验,分析试验结果。
The degree of subgrade compaction is an important standard of judging the road construction quality. In engineering applications it is valuable to test the degree of subgrade compaction quickly and precisely. By using the response spectrum value as a standard of the subgrade compaction, a new method to test the subgrade compaction quickly is presented. Firstly, the method is applied to the design of an instrument for testing the degree of sungrade compaction. Then, the test principle, the physical construction and the key technology of the instrument are introduced. The main function and character of the software and hardware in the instrument's data collection system are introduced in detail. Finally, the experimental data are analyzed and the reliability of the system is proofed.
