2型糖尿病相关因素与sICAM-1关系的探讨

摘要 为探讨 2型糖尿病 (DM)患者可溶性细胞间粘附分子 (sICAM 1)水平变化及其与血糖代谢控制、胰岛素抵抗 (IR)、血压 (Bp)、体重指数 (BMI)的关系 ,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定 5 1例 2型DM患者及 2 0例查体健康者的血清sICAM 1水平 ,同时检测其空腹胰岛素 (FIN)、糖化血红蛋白 (GHbA1c)、空腹血糖 (FPG)、Bp、BMI。结果显示 ,2型DM患者血清sICAM 1显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,且血清sICAM 1与BMI、GHbA1c及收缩压呈正相关 ,相关系数r分别为 0 44 1、0 43 5、0 3 11,P <0 0 1、0 0 1、0 0 5。提示 2型DM血清sICAM 1水平升高可能由肥胖和高血糖引起 ,控制血糖、减轻体重有助于降低sICAM To investigate the relation between serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and body mass index(BMI),insulin resistance(IR),glucose control and blood pressure(Bp),Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay(ELISA) was used to measure the level of sICAM-1,first plasma glucose(FPG),BMI,first insulin(FIN),GHbA 1c,blood pressure (Bp)in 51 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) and 20 healthy subjects.Results showed that serum sICAM-1 was significantly higher in patients with type 2 DM than in the normal controls (P<0.01).Linear correlation analysis showed that sICAM-1 was positively correlated with BMI (r=0.441,P<0.01),GHbA 1c(r=0.435,P<0.001) and systolic blood pressure (SBP)(r=0.311,P <0.05).These suggest elevation of sICAM-1 may be induced by obesity and high glucose,and improving glucose control and decreasing body weight may contribute to decrease sICAM-1.
