PTFE/陶瓷复合介质结构与性能

摘要 选择SrTiO3系、TiO2系陶瓷料与PTFE树脂进行复合,探讨了PTFE/陶瓷在不同的配比时对复合介质抗拉强度的影响规律,借助SEM、IR对材料的微观结构进行了观察与分析,基于建立的结构模型和抗拉强度数学表达式,较好地解释了陶瓷类型、含量、粒径等因素对复合材料抗拉强度影响的实验结果。 The composites are mainly composed of PTFE, SrTiO3typed or TiO2typed ceramics as well as a little of minifiber. The tensile strength of PTFEbased composites with different component has been measured and the change of data has been explained. The microstructure of composites has been observed and analyzed by means of SEM and IR spectrum. The influence of different typed ceramic powder, content, particle diameter etc. on tensile strength of composites has been explained, based on establishment of PTFE/ceramic structure model and mathematical formula of tensile strength.
