摘要
主要介绍了S7-200PLC在粉碎单机控制系统中的应用,叙述了系统的硬件配置和软件设计。最后解决了一些现场问题,提出笔者的经验体会。此单机系统是啤酒糖化过程控制系统的一部分。投入生产之后,运行安全可靠,取得了良好的效果。
The application of S7 - 200PLC in the pulverizer control system is introduced in this paper with detailed explanation of hardware configuration and program design. The experience of solving some problems in the system is presented in addition. This system is one part of the beer saccharification process control system, which has been in good condition since early 2001 till now.
