摘要
加入WTO后,中小企业的生存与发展环境将会变得更加严峻。凭假冒仿制、欺诈行骗、投机取巧、不守信用经营的中小企业将被市场经济法则所淘汰。在对诚信内涵、中小企业诚信经营战略意义剖析基础上,提出完善法律制度、加强舆论监督、建立规范的信用体系等经营策略。
After joining WTO,the environment of the small and medium-sized enterprises's existence and development will become more abominable.These small and medium-sized enterprises which imitate,swindle,and default will be eliminated by market economy.Based on defining the connotation of sincerity and the importance of sincerely operating of the small and medium-sized enterprises,the article puts forward the strategy of improving the law system,enhancing the public supervising,and building the normal credit system.
