玻璃粉对LDPE薄膜保温特性改进的研究 被引量:1

摘要  用傅里叶红外光分光光度计研究了玻璃粉和白云母粉改性的LDPE薄膜的红外吸收特性,对6 8~13 7μm范围红外线平均透过率的比较得出:玻璃粉、云母粉都能有效地降低LDPE薄膜的红外线透过率;添加量为8%时,玻璃粉可降低40%,而云母粉则降低31 1%,保温性能得到显著提高。玻璃粉/LDPE复合膜可见光透过率较高(达到78%);而白云母复合膜则稍低(71 6%)。 The characteristics of IR of LDPE film modified by glass powder or white mica powder were studied by means of FT\|IR spectrophotometer.By comparing the av.IR transmittance of LPPE film at the range of 68~137μm,the av.IR transmittance was effectively lowered by adding glass powder or white mica powder.In case of each filler being 8%,the IR transmittance decreased by 40% for glass powder and by 311% for white mica powder,i.e,both of their thermal insulations increased evidently.The visible light transmittance of LDPE film modified by glass powder is higher(up to 78%),and that of LDPE film modified by white mica powder,a little lower(up to 71.6%).
