摘要
讨论了国产 2 0 0MW机组常见的若干振动问题 ,如三缸三排汽机组的接长轴不平衡 ,2号瓦摩擦和低频振动 ,三缸两排汽机组的低压缸缸体结构共振等 ,对其进行了一定的分析 ,并提出了现场相应的处理措施。
Several vibration events commonly encountered on home-made 200MW units, such as unbalance of long-jointed shaft of three-cylinder and three-exhaust units, friction and low-frequency vibration of bearing pad No.2, and resonance of low-pressure cylinder body structure on three-cylinder and two-exhaust units etc., have been discussed, as well as certain analysis of the said events being carried out, and corresponding remedical measures in the field being put forward.
