摘要
研究开发的火电厂重要部件管理技术包括 3个方面 :锅炉管寿命、锅炉部件寿命和汽轮机部件寿命。在大量试验、分析的基础上 ,提出了工程应用的火电厂重要部件寿命评估方法和计算模型 ,包括一系列相关的定量评估技术、监测硬件装置、诊断软件、标准和导则 ;在集成、创新的基础上 ,在国内首先设计开发了具有自主知识产权的锅炉管、锅炉主要部件、汽轮机主要部件寿命管理系统技术平台软件 ,创立了在线与离线监测相结合的我国火电厂设备长期寿命管理模式 ,并首次成功地将寿命管理的整套技术及监测系统在 2个示范电厂实施 ,效果十分显著。
Three aspects including in the expoitatively developed service-life management technology for important parts in thermal power plants are as follows: service-life of boiler tubes, service-life of boiler parts, and service-life of steam turbines. On the basis of large amount of experiments and analyses, evaluation method and calculation model for service-life of important parts in tbermal power plants with the aim of engineering application have been put forward, including a series of correlated quantitative evaluation techniques, monitoring haedwares, diagnotic softwares, standards and guiding regulations; based on integrating and blazing new trails, technical platform software of a service-life management system with initiative know-how property right regarding important parts of thermal power plant, such as boiler tubes, main boiler parts, and steam turbines, has been designed and developed firstly in our country; a ling-term service-life management mode of power generation equipments, combining on-line monitoring with by-pass line monitoring, has been established in our country. The implementation of a complete set of techniques and monitoring system for service-life management has been successfully realized in two power plants of demonstative projects at the first time, having extremely obvious effectiveness.
