简要概括了SAGE的基本原理和实验程序,侧重对该技术的程序修改和完善以及该方法最近在筛选候选新基因方面的应用进行综述报道。
This review presents briefly the basic principle and experimental procedure of SAGE. The emphases are focused on reviewing the improvements and modifications of the technique to overcome some drawbacks, and the recent application in screening the candidate novel genes.
