摘要
目的:观察西比灵对眩晕的,临床治疗效果。方法:采用小剂量的西比灵(5 mg,每晚口服一次,首量加倍),治疗门诊常见的眩晕病例。结果:36例眩晕患者中11例完全缓解,14例显效,8例有效,3例无效,总有效率为91.7％。结论:应用小剂量西比灵治疗各种原因引起的眩晕效果肯定,可推荐为门诊治疗眩晕的首选用药。
Objective To observe the effect of flunarizine in treating dizziness. Methods Use of small dose of flunarizine(5 mg,everynight,p.o. , double the dose at the first time) in the treatment of thirty-six patients with clinical common dizziness in the out-patient department. Results Among 36 patients with dizziness, 11 patients have relaxed completely, 14 patients showed better effectiveness,8 patients effectiveness, 3 patients no effectiveness (include one patients giving up using it because of serious third side effect) It's total effectiveness rate is 91. 7 % . Conclusion The effectiveness of flunarizine is confirmed in treating dizziness by small dose. We can make it ' as the first and foremost medicine in the treatment of dizziness in the out-patient department.
