摘要
本实验从以下几方面进行:①对角叉菜胶诱发大鼠足跖肿胀的影响;②对大氧棉球肉芽肿增生的抑制作用;③对二甲苯引起小鼠耳部水肿的作用。结果证实庆大霉素确实有一定的抗非特异性炎症作用。
Gentamicin is one of the antibiotica, It has been proved that it has the function of reliefing en-terospasm. The object of this experiment is to confirm whether gentamicin has the effect of resistance to non-specific inflammation,The experiment was conducted as follows: 1. The effect to rat's meta tarsus edemata caused by para-carrageenan;2. The inhibition to rat's granuloma hyperplasia caused by cotton ball;3. The effect to edemata at mouse's ears caused by dimethyienzene. As a result, It was proved that gentamicin did have some effect of anti-inflammation.
