摘要
采用烧结镁砂作为主原料 ,以改性后的酚醛树脂和粉状沥青作结合剂 ,研制出了转炉用快速修补料。试验结果表明 ,通过对结合剂的改性处理 ,可以在保证修补具有良好高温流动性的同时缩短修补料硬化时间 。
The patching material for BOF was prepared with sintering magnesia as aggregate, some binder of phenolic resin and power tar pitch. Results show that by means of modification of binder excellent flow ability of the patching material can be maintained at high temperature while the setting time for the patching material is cut down, and therefore the production requirements can be met.
