血管内皮细胞生长因子内-自分泌环在恶性血液病发病中的意义 被引量：2

摘要 血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascula endothelial growth factors,VEGFs)是一组具有重要生物学作用的血管生成肽,调节新生血管生成、造血干细胞发育、细胞外基质重建和炎症因子释放等。最近的研究发现,某些恶性血液病细胞不仅可以分泌VEGF,而且还选择性地表达功能性的血管内皮细胞生长因子受体(VEGF receptors VEGFs),形成一个自身的内分泌环,促进这些恶性血液病细胞的存活、增殖和浸润。
