摘要
"飞鸟式"钢管混凝土拱桥是目前最为新颖的桥型之一.由于边拱具有不对称性,因此浇注边拱混凝土时现浇支架将承受巨大的水平推力.对现浇支架在施工过程中各阶段受力状况进行仿真分析,得出接近实际情况的可靠计算原理,从而对现浇支架结构及基础进行优化设计,为工程施工带来可观的经济效益.采用边拱端部起顶落架技术,避免了传统落架技术的繁琐施工过程.
fly-bird-type' steel pipe concrete arch bridge is one of the newest bridges at present.Because of asymmetry of side arch,the support for casting will bear tremendous horizontal thrust when placing side arch concrete.After simulation analysis for loading status at each stage during construction of support for casting,we get the reliable calculation principle approaching actual condition thereby optimizing design for structure of support for casting and foundation from which will bring the considerable economic benefits.The technique of side arch end lifting and decentering is adopted to avoid complicated construction process of traditional decentering technique.
