摘要
目的:探讨活血祛瘀法治疗偏头痛的疗效及其可能机制。方法:对45例偏头痛患者采用活血祛瘀法治疗,观察治疗前后患者血浆β-内啡肽含量及经颅多普勒超声检查结果的改变。结果:活血祛瘀法治疗偏头痛的全愈率为35.0％,总有效率为95.6％;治疗后患者血浆β-内啡肽水平明显升高(P<0.01),TCD检查结果与治疗前比有显著性改善。结论:活血祛瘀法可显著改善偏头痛症状,其机理可有与改善脑血流量,增加血浆β-内啡肽水平有关。
Objective: Observing the curative effect of promoting blood circulation to remove stasis on intractable headache and discussing the mechanism.
Method:45 cases were treated with promoting blood circulation to remove stasis method, the curative effect and the changes of plasma β-endorphin content and TCD examination were observed.
Results: 16 Cases were recovery,the heal rate was 35.6% ;the total effective rate was 95.6% .the plasma β-endorphin level was obviously higher than before treated, the examination results of TCD were improved significantly.
Conclusion: Method of promoting blood circulation to remove stasis could effectively treat intractable headache, the mechanism is related to improving cerebral blood flow and increasing plasma β-endorphin.
