摘要
我国要推进农业产业化进程,必须借助资本市场。通过对农业类上市公司的产业化经营优势的分析,以及资本市场对农业龙头企业的培育作用的研究,提出了上市数量有限、主业过于分散等农业类上市公司在发展中需要正视的五个现实问题。
A promoting of an agriculture industrialization progress must resort to capital market.After an analysis on the advantages of industrialization operation of agriculture listed corporations and a study on the cultivating role of capital market on agriculture lead companies,five realistic issues such as publie companies cimited in number,the decentralization of their main buschesses,etc.,are proposed which need a direct in the development of a-griculture listed companies.
