摘要
目的 通过研究石菖蒲挥发油对大鼠脑缺血 -再灌注脑中谷氨酸 (Glu)、天门冬氨酸 (Asp)及 γ-氨基丁酸 (GABA)的影响 ,探讨其对脑缺血 -再灌注的保护作用机制。方法 将 SD大鼠随机分为石菖蒲挥发油高、低剂量组及醒脑静阳性对照组、模型组和假手术组。灌胃给药 7d,建立两侧颈总动脉短时间闭塞模型 ,采用高效液相法测定大鼠脑中 Glu、Asp、GABA的含量变化。结果 各药物组 Glu、Asp、GABA的含量降低 ,与模型组比较 P<0 .0 5。结论 石菖蒲挥发油可以有效抑制脑缺血 -再灌注后 Glu、Asp、GABA含量的异常升高 ,从而减轻上述物质在脑缺血 -再灌注时对神经元的损害 ,进而起到脑保护的作用。
Objective To investigate the role of volatile oil of acorus tatarinowii schott in the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion,we tested the levels of Glu?Asp?GABA in rats.Methods Rats were garaged for seven day with volatile oil of acorus tatarinowii schott, xing nao jing injection ,model and sham-operation respectively. Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was created by blocking the carotids for one hour. The levels of Glu?Asp?GABA was detected by HPLC.Results Volatile oil of acorus tatarinowii schott can inhibite levels of Glu?Asp?GABA in the ischemia-reperfusion to decrease abnormaly when cerebrum of rats was ischemia or reperfusion.Conclusions Volatile oil of acorus tatarinowii schott may increase the neurotoxic of Glu?Asp?GABA.So it can protect the cerebrum from ischemia.
