摘要
襄樊火电厂一期工程 4× 30 0MW机组是国内首次采用DCS及远程I/O系统的工程。该配置具有物理分散性好、可靠性高、主机负荷轻、精度高、施工费用少的特点 ;同时 ,远程I/O可完成模拟量的就地测量、处理和控制 ,通过现场总线进行通讯 ,具有现场总线的优点。经过几年的运行实践 。
The project of 4×300 MW units in Xiangfan Power Plant, phase I is the first project using DCS and remote I/O system in China. The system disposition is characterized by good physical dispersivity, high reliability, light load for main machine, high precision, less construction cost and so on. Simultaneously, the remote I/O can execute measurement, process and control of analog values locally and communication through the field bus, which is of the advantages of field bus. Through operation practice for several years the design of DCS with remote I/O system has been proved feasible. [
