导电高分子材料电化学合成过程中的计量化学关系 被引量:1

摘要 导电高分子材料可以通过电化学方法合成.在合成过程中,电解液中的阴离子以一定比例作为反离子结合在聚合物中,然后沉积在电极表面.本文以聚吡咯为例,对此过程进行了计量化学探讨,导出了生成的聚合物重量与反应中消耗的电量及反离子大小和比例间的关系.十二磺酸聚吡咯、扁桃酸聚吡咯、高氯酸聚吡咯与氯化聚吡咯的电化学合成证实了以上关系.实验与计算表明,氯化聚吡咯中由于反离子的分子量接近单体分子量的1/2,故生成的聚合物重量与反离子在聚合物中的比例无关. Counterions can be incorporated in a certain proportion as a part of conducting polymers on an electrode during eleotroohemioal polymerization. The stoichiometric relationship between the resultant polymer weight (W), and the consumed charge (Q) and the ratio of counterion to monomer unit (x) was derived using polypyrrole as an example in this paper. The relationship was proven using electrochemical polymerization of polypyrrole with dodeoyl sulfate, mandelate, perchlorate and chloride as counterions. It also indicated that W was nearly independent on x when the counterion molecular weight was close to 1/2 of monomer molecular weight. This was supported by the experiment using chloride as a counterion in polypyrrole.
