摘要
本文提出用薯蓣皂苷元合成油菜甾醇内酯及其类似物的新思想。从薯蓣皂苷元合成了具有油菜甾醇内酯A/B环结构单元的新甾体皂苷元3.3作为进一步合成油菜甾醇内酯的重要中间体,它本身也显示促进植物生长的作用。
A new sapogenin 3 with the A/B ring structural feature of brassinolide was synthesized from diosgenin (2). Treatment of 3-methanesulfonoxylspirostan-6-one (6) derived from 2 with LiBr in refluxed DMF yielded Δ-spirostan-6-one (7) in good yield. Which was transformed into 2, 3-dihydroxylspirostan-6-one (8) by catalitic amount of OsO_4. In the presenee of Na_2HPO_4, the Baeyer-Villiger reaction of 8 with CF_3CO_3H gave compound 3 in 42% yield. 3 appeared the plant growth promoting activity in the rice-lamina test.
