Expression of Ephrin-B2 gene in human pancreatic carcinoma

摘要 目的 Ephrin B2基因及其受体在人胰腺癌组织中表达的意义。 方法 通过Westernblot检测 5例人正常胰腺和 15例不同分化程度胰腺癌中Ephrin B2基因的表达 ,HPIAS图象分析仪分析各组样本相对密度。结果 人正常胰腺组织中无Ephrin B2基因表达 ,无转移性胰腺癌中明显表达 ( 0 .90± 0 .0 3 ) ,转移性胰腺癌中Ephrin B2基因表达 ( 1.0 1± 0 .2 2、1.0 0± 0 .3 1)较无转移性肿瘤表达明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 Ephrin B2基因在人胰腺癌中异常表达 ,其可能通过和受体相互作用参与胰腺癌生物学行为的调控。 Objective To explore the role of expression of Ephrin-B2 and its bi-directional receptor in pancreatic carcinoma.Methods The Expression of Ephrin-B2 in 5 normal tissues and 15 pancreatic carcinomas was detected by using Western blot.Relative density of Ephrin-B2 expression in each group was detected by HPLAS image analyzer.Reaults In human pancreatic tissues,no Ephrin-B2 expression was detectable.In pancreatic carcinomas,there was obvious expression of Ephrin-B2.Ephrin-B2 expression density was increased in metastatic pancreatic carcinoma (1.01±0.22,1.00±0.31) as compared with that in non-metastatic pancreatic carcinoma (0.90±0.03, P <0.05).Conclusion Ephrin-B2 gene was expressed abnormally in human pancreatic carcinoma.Interactions of Ephrin-B2 and its receptors may play important roles in biological behaviors of pancreatic carcinoma.
