以30%过氧化氢为氧源,考察了磷钨酸(H3PW12O40)、磷钼酸(H3PMo12O40)和硅钨酸(H4SiW12O40)催化氧化环己烯制己二酸的反应性能。三者的催化活性顺序为:H3PW12O40>H3PMo12O40>H4SiW12O40,与三者的酸性顺序一致。当n(磷钨酸)/n(环己烯)/H2O2为1∶250∶1100,在回流温度下反应8h时,己二酸分离产率为87.1%。将含磷钨酸的滤液浓缩至一定程度,进行催化剂循环使用的实验结果表明,催化剂重复使用3次后己二酸的分离产率仍然很高。
By using 30% hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, the oxidation of cyclohexene catalyzed by phospho tungstic acid (H3PW12O40), phosphomolybdic acid (H3PMo12O40) and silicotungstic acid (H4SiW12O40) was investigated. The catalytic activity sequence of these heteropoly acid is H3PW12O40>H3PMo12O40>H4SiW12O40, which is in accordance with the acidity sequence of these heteropoly acid. When the mole ratio of phospho tungstic acid/cyclohexene/H2O2 is 1∶250∶1 100, the isolated yield of adipic acid is 87.1% under the reflux temperature in 8 hours. The filtrate containing phospho tungstic acid can be concentrated and can be reused. The results of catalyst recycling show that the isolated yield of adipic acid is still high after the catalyst has been reused for three times.
