摘要
目的 :调查牙周炎患者口腔厌氧菌群的分布并研究其对 β内酰胺药物的敏感性。 方法 :选择 4 4例牙周炎患者 ,对其龈下菌斑中的厌氧菌进行分离培养 ,用 7种 β内酰胺药物对分离到的厌氧菌进行敏感性试验。 结果 :与牙周病有关的厌氧菌分离率为 10 0 % ,产黑色素普雷沃菌 86 4 % ,中间普雷沃菌 5 6 8% ,具核梭杆菌 6 3 6 % ,放线菌 38 6 % ,微小消化链球菌5 2 3% ,牙龈卟啉单胞菌 6 5 9% ,二氧化碳嗜纤维菌 9 1%。厌氧菌对各类 β内酰胺药物保持敏感。 结论 :产黑色素普雷沃菌、中间普雷沃菌、具核梭杆菌、微小消化链球菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌和放线菌 ,是牙周炎患者牙龈沟中的优势菌 ;
Objective:To observe the distribution of anaerobes in periodontitis and its sensitivity to β lastams.Methods:Forty four specimens were collected from subgingival plaque of periodontitis and anaerobic bacteria were cultured and identified.Minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC) were measured using agar dilution method.Results:The anaerobes were isolated in all samples and the isolation rate of P.melaninogenice 86 4%.P.intermedia 56 8%,P.gingivalis 65 9%,F.mucleatum 63 6%,P.micros 52 3%,actinomyces ssp 38 6%and capnocytophaga ssp 9 1% respectively.The anaerobes were sensitive to β lastamase.Conclusion:In subgingival plaque of periodontitis,the infection rates of P.melaninoginica,P.interneda,P.gingivalis,F,muclealum,P.micros,and Actinomyces ssp are significantly higher than those of other anaerobes.β lastams can be used for the treatment of anaerobe infected periodontitis.
