摘要
首次合成了2,6,7-三羟基-9-(对氯苯基)-3-荧光酮(简称 p-ClPF),还研究了它和钨(Ⅵ)的新显色反应。结果表明,在0.4~1.6 mol/L 盐酸介质中,在吐温-60及酒石酸盐存在下,W(Ⅵ)与 p-ClPF 形成1:2的配合物,其ε_(532nm)=2.42×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。W(Ⅵ)的浓度在0~2.5μg/10 mL 范围服从比耳定律。已用于矿物和钢铁中钨的测定。
2,6,7-Trihydroxy-9-(4'-chlorophenyl)-3-fluorone(p-ClPF)has been synthesized.The color reaction of tungsten(Ⅵ)with p-ClPF inthe presence of Tween-60 and tartrate has beenstudied.The complex is formed in 0.4~1.6 mol/L HCl medium.The apparent molar absorptivityof the complex is 2.42×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 532nm.The molar ratio of the complex has beenestimated to be W(Ⅵ):p-ClPF=1:2.Beer's lawis obeyed in the range of 0~2.5μg W(Ⅵ)/10mL.Tolerance limits have been shown for someforeign metal ions in the presence of maskingagents.The method has been used for the deter-mination of tungsten in steel and ore samples.
