摘要
介绍了柴油机设计、工艺制造可靠性的21个案例,分析认为零部件失效不仅仅是零部件本身的制造质量或是设计可靠性差引起的,而是涉及系统的问题。指出应从改进设计和工艺着手来提高柴油机的可靠性。
Through 21 cases of design and processing reliability of diesel engines, view is purposed that parts failure iscaused not only by poor reliablity of parts′ own manufacturing and design quality, but also, even more important, by thereliability problem of system. In order to improve the reliablity of diesel engine, design and process should be consideredseriously.
