随着计算机应用的日益普及和深化,各类计算机软件的数量正以惊人的速度急剧增加,且现代软件的规模也往往十分庞大。例如,包含数百万行代码、耗资几十亿美元、花费几千人年工作量的软件产品在工业发达国家已经屡见不鲜。由于微电子学技术的进步。
This paper defines the production function and cost function of soft-ware production from the piont of view of economics. According to the two functions. an optimal plan model for software production is proposed, and the meanings and the estimating methods of the parameters in the model are discussed. Finally, a multiobjective optimal plan model is given.
