The paper describes simply the principle of velocity regulating by changing power frequency and connecting resistors in series in asynchronous motor,analyzing the feasibility of applying AC frequency converter to bridge crane and the match of parameters and arrangement. The writer forecasts the economical efficiency of the installation.
