摘要
电梯传动控制系统为电梯提供动力,并且对电梯的起动加速、稳速运行、制动减速起着控制作用。现代电梯大都采用交流 调压调频(VVVF)拖动方式,利用微机控制技术和脉冲调制技术,通过改变曳引电动机电源的频率及电压使电梯的速度按需要变化。 本文介绍了一种以MCS96单片机为核心的电梯传动控制系统,详细说明了系统的组成及工作原理,并且从原理上论述了与老式电 梯传动系统相比较,基于单片机的电梯传动系统在速度给定、正弦脉宽调制波的产生等方面的优点。 电梯按照理想运行速度曲线运行。
Elevator driving system supplies energy to elevators and it control the speed of elevators. Technique of VVVF has been used in modern elevators. VVVF Elevator driving system allow speed of elevator to change in according to requirements with computer technique and Pulse-Width Modulation technique. Elevator driving system based on single-chip computer MCS96 is introduced in this paper. The principle of the system is explained in detail. Moreover, advantage of the system is also discussed according to comparison with the driving system of old elevators.
