摘要
HS-2钒催化剂是在钾-钒系催化剂内添加了适量的低温活性物质而成。作者用无梯度反应器和积分反应器,在较宽的温度范围(653~843K)和转化率范围(3.9%~89%)内对其动力学特性进行了测试,并采用 Powell 非线性最小二乘法回归出动力学方程。
HS-2 vanadium catalyst was made of“K-V”catalyst series and certain material by which the catalyst appears active at low temperture.The chemical kinetics of SO_2 oxidation over it is investigated in internal recirculation reactor and tubuler reactor within a wide range of conversion (3.9%~89%)and temperature(653~843 K).With Powell nonlinear least-square method,the model parameters in the Mars model and Boreskov model are determined respectively.The kinetic equation obtained is as follow: r=K_tP_(o_2)(1-β~2)/(1+AP_((so)_3)/P_((so)_2)) A(?)0.80 (653~733 K) 0.89 (733~843 K) K_t=(?)480.79exp(-123000/(RT)) (653~733 K) (0.0531exp(-67300/(RT)) (733~843 K) If high calculation precision is not necessary,the following kinetic equation can be used: r=2141.7exp(-131000/(RT)) (P_(o_2)K(P_((so)_2)/P_((so)_3)(1-β~2))/(1+KP_(((so)_2)/P_((so)_3))^(1/2))~2 K=2.3×10^(-8)exp(113700/(RT)) (653~843 K).
