摘要
1 前言乙苯生产主要采用苯和乙烯在催化剂上进行烷基化反应而制得的。近年来,人们又对在ZSM-5分子筛上进行苯与乙醇直接烷基化制乙苯发生了浓厚的兴趣。对于我国内地短缺乙烯地区发展苯乙烯型的系列产品,用来源丰富、运输和储备方便的乙醇代替乙烯具有适合国情的现实意义。从长远观点看,乙醇可从煤或天然气中大量制取。2 实验装置与流程苯与乙醇烷基化反应的实验采用φ12 mm×800 mm 不锈钢的等温积分反应器。
The simplified reaction model of the alkylation process studied was obtained as ethanol(ethylene)(ethylbenzene(?)diethylbenzene)toluene,xylene Here ethylbenzene and diethylbenzene are the target products while toluene and xylene are byproducts which are of the main concern in process control. The regression method of orthogonal experimental design was used to establish the reaction network by correlating the operating condition and the experimental results.The equations obtained are. Ethanol(ethylene)conversion: x_c(%)=90.57-2.36x_1-3.88x_2+0.86x_3-1.4x_2x_3 selectivity of Ethylbenzene: S_(EB)(%)=92.04+0.64x_1+0.57x_2+1.31x_3 combined seletivity of Ethylbenzene and diethylbenzene: S_(EB+DEB)(%)=98.47+0.91x_2+0.65x_3 where: x_1=(T-360)/15,x_2=(SV-2.6)/1.5,x3=(BER-4.6)/0.7
