主要从电子技术对挖掘机控制、机器监控和维护保养三方面,以及通过“力三角形”和“增力三角形”机构的比较、铲斗工作装置改进方面,阐述了对液压挖掘机的改进。
Based on the experience in development of hydraulic excavator at home and abroad, the paperexpounds improvement in the bucket-tipping device of a hydraulic excavator in three respects ofcontrolling, monitoring and maintaining by use of electronic technique by means of comparsionbetween 'the force triangle ' and 'the reinforced triangle'. The improvement makes the excavatormore reliable and more economical, thus meeting the demands of increasing the throughput andimproving the reliability.
