摘要
通过水力凿岩机运动学分析,论证了冲击活塞在一个工作周期内流量需求差别和压力变化,给出了依据冲击活塞的流量变化来设置蓄能器充排量、充气容积以及充气压力的计算方法。合理使用蓄能器不仅可以有效地贮存液压能作为冲击塞冲程阶段的峰值流量供应的补充,而且在水力凿岩机冲击机构工作过程中起到缓冲和消除压力脉动的作用。
By analysis on the kinematics of hydraulic rock drill, the paper discusses the needed flow variationand pressure difference of the impacting piston in a working cycle, and gives the calculationmethod of accumulator parametes such as water filling capacity, water empty capacity, and bulkand pressure of filling air. Correct use of the accumulator not only effectively stores hydraulicenergy for compensation of flow supply of impacting peak value, but also alleviates and elmintespulse of pressure.
