正常成人全血锌卟啉测定正常值探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :确定本地区成人锌卟啉(ZPP)正常值。方法 :选择健康成人100名 ,采用血液荧光测定仪测定全血锌卟啉值。结果 :ZPP1 91±0 7 ,年龄性别间差异无显著性 ,95%上限3 2μg/gHb ,99%上限为3 7μg/gHb ,结论 :该地区成人ZPP值定为3 5μg/gHb是科学合理的。即当ZPP>3 5μg/gHb可考虑有铁缺乏症。 Objective:To determine the normal level of blood zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP)in adult in the local area.Methods:ZPP of 100 blood samples were detected by blood fluorescence instrument.Results:The blood level of ZPP is 1.9±0.7ug/g Hb. There is no significance difference between different ages and sexes.The 95%up limit is 3.2 ug/g Hb and the 99% up limit is 3.7ug/g Hb.Conclusions:ln the local area chosen blood level of ZPP 3.5ug/g Hb as a normal is reasonable and scientific.When ZPP>3.5ug/g Hb the iron deficiency should be diagnosed.
